Finding your way

We all need time to think and connect with our own feelings from time to time. Whatever you're dealing with, having someone you can safely share your thoughts with can take the pressure off and help you to gain understanding and perspective.

How would you like to meet?

I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling, which focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Would you prefer to talk online, on the phone, or in person?

Sessions can be conducted online or by phone: a time-saving and effective choice.

The convenience of an online video or telephone meeting means that there's no time-consuming travel to plan for.

Remote appointments are available beginning at 9am, with the last of the day at 8pm Monday to Friday, and from 2pm until 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and are charged at £50 for 50 minutes.

Please ensure that you have good internet or telephone signal access, and also that you have access to a quiet and calm space, where you can be sure of privacy for the 50 minute duration of the call.

A calm and private consultation room can set the scene for regular meetings in a physical space that feels separate from the pressures of everyday life.

Sessions take place in a confidential and reflective space with attentive and empathetic listening to help you find your own answers.

Face-to-face appointments are available with the first starting at 9am, and the last at 4pm Monday to Friday, and are charged at £55 for 50 minutes.
